We use Lync at work and I'd like to use Snarl for notifications when I receive a chat, etc... rather than utilizing the default lync notifications. Is this possible?1 vote
This has been in progress for a while but, with a very poor API from Microsoft, it’s not in a suitable position to release. I have an app which will alert you to contact status changes but nothing that will alert you to new IMs.
I would like to use snaRSS to monitor a feed that I can only reach via a proxy. Could you add options to let me configure one?1 vote
I’m currently working on snaRSS and have been able to add exactly this functionality. You can download snaRSS 2.1 Beta 2 from http://getsnarl.info/bin/ if you would like to test it out. You must have snaRSS 2.0 installed already as the beta is simply the updated EXE.
In corporate environments would be very useful to have a Powershell module to allow viewing of notifications during the execution of scripts, like the one that already exists in Growl.3 votes
Will explore this ASAP.
This was suggested awhile ago, but haven't heard anything about it in a while.20 votes
This has been started as part of the ongoing improvement to the Prefs Kit (which provides Snarl’s user interface).
Current Snarl isn't support OSX Growl UDP Protocol not receive
TCP Protocol is Target isn't running Notification TCP Timeout Delay.
